กลับมาอีกครั้งกับคอร์สเรียนฟรีของบ้านปลาดาว !!!

การเรียนการสอนจะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 25 เมษายน – 13 พฤษภาคม 2559

ตั้งแต่วันนี้ – 31 มีนาคม 2559 (อาจจะปิดรับสมัครก่อนหากครบ 100 คน)

คุณสมบัติของเด็กที่สมัครจะต้อง
1.       เป็นเด็กนักเรียนชาย-หญิง ที่เกิดในปี พ.ศ. 2554 และ 2556 ที่จะมีอายุครบ 3 - 5 ปีบริบูรณ์ในวันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2559
2.       ไม่เป็นนักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กบ้านปลาดาว เชียงใหม่

เอกสารที่ต้องนำมาด้วย ได้แก่
1.       รูปถ่าย 1 นิ้ว 1 ใบ
2.       สำเนาสูติบัตร 1 ใบ
3.       สำเนาบัตรประชาชนผู้ปกครอง 1 ใบ



The Chiangmai Starfish Learning Center is back again with TOTALLY FREE classes for preschool students!!!
 
These classes will start on April 25 and continue until May 13, 2016.
Enrollment starts from today to March 31, 2016
(Enrollment may be limited to no more than 100 total students).
 
Qualification:
1. The applicant must be born in 2011, 2012 or 2013 and will be 3 to 5 years old on May 15, 2016.
2. The applicant must not be the student who is currently studying at the Chiangmai Starfish Learning Center.
 
Required documents:
1. A 1” photograph
2. A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
3. A copy of the parents’ ID card
