SLAPP's is a prosecution to obstruct people on commenting in their opinion against public issues. It is a lawsuit that uses legal process to intimidate or silence critics, or the dissenter. Suing gag is a violation to freedom of expression and speech, which is a human right. This also reduces the space for constructive discussion and debate. The plaintiff often sued a multiple complaints, causing victim in a difficult situation. It is the bullying of the influential against the powerless person. So why do we still letting this happen? The state should take a measures to stop this situation and protect the human right of the citizens.

คดีฟ้องปิดปาก(SLAPP) คือการฟ้องเพื่อปิดปากประชาชนในการออกความคิดเห็นต่อประเด็นสาธารณะ.
เป็นการฟ้องคดีที่ใช้กระบวนการทางกฎหมายเพื่อข่มขู่ ปิดปาก หรือคุกคามผู้วิจารณ์ หรือฝ่ายตรงข้าม.
การฟ้องปิดปากนั้นเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิเสรีภาพในการแสดงออก เป็นการลดพื้นที่ของการสนทนา, อภิปราย และการถกเถียงอย่างสร้างสรรค์.
ในการฟ้องเพื่อปิดปากนั้น โจทก์มักฟ้องเป็นจำนวนหลายๆข้อหา ก่อให้เกิดความเครียด ทำให้ผู้เสียหายตกอยู่ในสภาวะที่ยากลำบาก.
