I have seen the food channel in Youtube, and interest to make ham.

First i went to get a pork leg to make ham but it didn't work so i decide to make bacon i put on 200 g. of salt and 100 g. sugar then i mushed to combine together then i put it in the plastic bag and into a fridge for seven day its not done yet but it will come.
