นำทางบันทึก: Freedom of speech
Is it appropriate for governments to limit their citizens’ freedom of speech?
Freedom of speech and expression is a human right, but in order to prevent conflicts, it is not wrong to limit. But somehow in Thailand, we are unable to provide any feedback or negative opinions about the government. Is this the reason why we often see people getting arrested for what they think and comment on the government? However, in the end, if the government still chooses to restrict freedom of expression or freedom of speech from the citizens, by saying that "this is all for the safety of the state" as an excuse to harass the citizens, so doesn't this mean that the government is violating the constitution, which is the country's law?
